手作りローション 〜Homemade Lotion〜

今日ご紹介するのは手作りローションです。

お店で売っているローションはどんな添加物が入っているかわかりませんよね。

本当に私たちの体にとって安全なのか心配です。

今日はとっても簡単で私たちにとって安全で安心して使えるローションの作り方をご紹介します。１０分もあれば作れてしまいます！しかも基本の材料はなんとたったの３つです！！

このローションはストレッチマークの予防、赤ちゃんのオムツかぶれ、湿疹の皮膚などにも効果が期待できます。なんと言っても栄養満点のローションです！！

Today, I will talk about Homemade Lotion. 

We are not 100% sure about store bought lotion for it's own safety.  I will introduce you super easy homemade lotion with only three basic ingredients!! which we can use 100% safe for our body.

And it takes only 10 minutes.

This lotion is also good to prevent stretch marks and for baby's diaper rush, the skin with eczema and incredibly nourishing!!

　　材料　

• 1/2 カップ エキストラ バージン オリーブオイル 又は アーモンドオイル  
• 1/4 カップ 蜜蝋（ミツロウ）
• 1/4 カップ ココナッツオイル
• オプションでお好みの香りのエッセンシャルオイルや自然の抽出液を適量加える事も出来ます

　
　　作り方　

1. 全ての材料を熱に強い小さめのガラスの瓶に入れます。
2. フライパンやお鍋に水を３cmほど張り、弱火にかけます。
3. 材料を入れた瓶に緩めに蓋をして、先ほど準備したフライパンの中に置きます。お湯が沸くのを待つ必要はありません。
4. フライパンの水が熱くなるにつれて、瓶の中の材料が溶け始めます。瓶を軽く振ったり、棒などで瓶の中身を混ぜながら全ての材料が均等に混ざるようにします。瓶の中身が全て溶けたら、お好みの容器に移します。ローションポンプはローションが上手く出てこないのでお勧めしません。
5. 出来上がりです！！このローションは使用している材料の賞味期限が長い事、水を一切加えていない事から長持ちします。保湿効果を最大限に保つ為に、なるべく６ヶ月以内で使用する様にしてください。

　　
　　Ingredients

• 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil or almond oil
• 1/4 cup beeswax
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• Optional: Few drops of your favourite essential oil or natural extract

       Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar which is good with heat. Not too thin one. You can also use double boiler.
2. Prepare double boiler with water or fill medium saucepan with few inches water then place over medium heat.
3. Put a lid on the jar loosely and place it in a pan you just prepared. (You don't have to wait the water to be hot)
4. As the water heat, the ingredients in the jar will start to melt. Shake the jar or stir occasionally to make all ingredients mixed evenly. When all ingredients are completely melted, pour into a jar or container you will use for storage. Better not to use lotion pump. It does not pump well.
5. Enjoy to moisturize your skin!! This lotion will last longer than some homemade lotion recipe since not water is added and all ingredients are shelf stable. Use within 6 months for best moisturizing benefits.
